Taifu Vertical Injection Molding Machine Safety Production Precautions Part 2

1. Working at heights

l  A guardian must be present when working at heights, and it is strictly prohibited for one person to work at heights.

l  Seat belts must be fastened and securely tied.

2. Lifting operations

l  Taifu vertical injection molding machine employees must conduct safety inspections on slings and spreaders before using lifts for lifting operations. If problems are found, they must resolutely stop using them and carry out rectification and repair.

l  During the operation, the lifting equipment must be inspected and maintained at any time to ensure that problems are discovered and dealt with in a timely manner without leaving any safety hazards. During lifting operations, it is strictly prohibited for people to stand on or under the spreader.

l  When using a lift to load materials, the loading personnel must check whether the items to be lifted are stacked firmly and immediately. After checking, they must immediately evacuate to a safe area before starting the elevator.

3. Fire safety

l  Production workshop management should regularly inspect fire-fighting equipment and find any damage or when the quantity is insufficient, it must be reported in time for timely repair and replenishment.

l  Fire-fighting equipment should be placed in a conspicuous location that is easily accessible.

l  No fire-fighting equipment can be used for other purposes.

l  Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited in warehouses and production areas. If a fire is necessary, it must be reported to the workshop supervisor and production manager for approval. 

l  Taifu vertical injection molding machine employees stationed in the factory are absolutely prohibited from using electric mattresses, let alone using electric stoves for heating.
