Injection abnormality is a common malfunction of automatic vertical injection moulding machine, but it is often confusing. Where is the problem? There is no way to solve it. The abnormal ejection is mainly caused by the following four reasons:

1. The limit proximity switch before the shooting seat is not confirmed (in automatic operation) or damaged: its position is adjusted or replaced.

2. No injection action: adjust its position or change it.

(1) Manual injection button damage (manual state): Replace the button.

(2) Alarm barrel temperature is too low: wait for barrel temperature to rise to the set value.

(3) The coil of the ejector solenoid valve burns out or gets stuck: replace the coil or clean the solenoid valve.

(4) The pressure is too low and the injection time is not set: increase the injection pressure or set the injection time.

(5) The temperature of injection moulding is too low: adjust the setting value to raise the temperature to the required point. If adjusting the setting value can not increase the temperature, check whether the heating ring and contactor are burnt out, and replace them if they are broken.

3. Wear or fracture of screw head check ring: Replace screw head check ring.

4. There is foreign matter in the barrel, which causes blockage of feeding nozzle: cleaning barrel and feeding nozzle.
