(1) Damage of Semi-automatic Key: Replacement of Semi-automatic Key

(2) Automatic Start Button: Replace the Automatic Start Button

(3) The motor did not start: restart the motor

(4) Electric heating is not started or heated to the set temperature: restart the electric heating or wait for the temperature to reach the set position

2. Vertical Disc Injection Molding Machine Mould Closing or Mould Opening Immediately

  (1) Abnormal or not corrected in the die: clear abnormal objects in the die or re-correct the die

  (2) Improper or damaged position distance of high voltage switch: adjust its position distance or replace it

  (3) Improper adjustment or damage of pressure switch: readjustment or replacement

  (4) Incorrect setting time of low voltage for clamping: resetting its value

3. There is no injection after the completion clamping of vertical disc injection moulding machine: adjust the seat to close to the switch position or replace it

4. No ejector action after mold- opening of vertical disc injection moulding machine: setting number, time and pressure of ejector or replacing the ejector (ejector) limit proximity switch
