For Taifu Machinery's vertical standard injection molding machines, there are many types of nozzles. There are extended ones, ordinary ones, spring ones, hydraulic ones, etc. However, rough nozzle removal usually requires the following steps:

1. Shutdown and power outage: Ensure that the vertical standard injection molding machine is in a shutdown state and cut off the power supply to ensure safe operation.

2. Increase the nozzle temperature: Set the temperature of the injection molding machine to an appropriate working temperature so that the nozzle is in working condition, and wait for a period of time to fully heat the nozzle.

3. Nozzle lock: Use a suitable tool (such as a wrench or wrench) to loosen the fixing nut or clamping nut of the nozzle counterclockwise to release the nozzle.

4. Disassemble the nozzle: Once the fixing nut or clamping nut of the nozzle is loosened, the nozzle can be removed from the injection molding machine manually or using suitable tools. Please note that the nozzle can be very hot, so be careful to avoid burns when handling it.
